Our Mission
To provide high‑quality, certified organic produce and ethically raised livestock to Ghanaian families, restaurants, and institutions – while protecting the environment and supporting local communities through education and fair employment.
Why Gomoa Duwarampong?
Most farmlands near Accra suffer from polluted water and degraded soil. After a thorough search, we selected Gomoa Duwarampong in the Central Region because:
Clean, unpolluted water – essential for organic irrigation and livestock
Good road network – quick transport of fresh produce to Accra markets, shops, and homes
Lush vegetation – favourable microclimate for year‑round vegetable and fruit growing
Ready market access – close to Accra’s demand for organic food
Organic Certification Journey
We follow the standards of Ghana’s organic certification bodies (e.g. MOFA‑accredited certifiers).
Our fields have been under organic management since day one – no prohibited substances ever applied. We keep detailed records of all inputs, harvests, and livestock feeds.
Certification is expected within 18 months of operation, and we already market our produce as “transition‑to‑organic” with full transparency.
Crop rotation – we rotate lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and legumes to break pest cycles and fix nitrogen naturally.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) – we release beneficial insects (lacewings, ladybirds) and use pheromone traps instead of synthetic pesticides.
Rotational grazing – our cattle, sheep, and goats are moved to fresh pasture every 3–7 days, which improves soil carbon and eliminates the need for dewormers.
Water conservation – drip irrigation from our borehole reduces water waste by 60% compared to sprinklers.
Composting – all crop residues and animal manure are composted on‑site, then applied back to the fields.
Sustainable Practices in Detail
We also provide educational farm tours to teach children and adults where real food comes from.
How to buy:
Single items – pick any vegetable in your desired quantity.
Mixed vegetable box – a curated selection of 5–7 seasonal items (GHS 80 minimum for free delivery within Accra zones).
CSA subscription – weekly box of fresh vegetables and occasional fruits; pay monthly.
All orders can be placed via our online shop or by WhatsApp.
Fresh Organic Vegetables & Fruits – Harvested Daily, Delivered to Your Door
All our vegetables are grown in open fields and protected greenhouses using only organic fertilisers, compost, and IPM – never synthetic pesticides or herbicides. We harvest in the early morning and deliver the same day to Accra.
